Our firm’s founding attorney, Danny McDaniel, is a Lubbock, Texas native who is a former business executive who worked in the medical technology industry. He directly managed both small entrepreneurial businesses as well as multi-million dollar organizations. He believed that he could translate his work and life experience into helping those facing legal problems which he has successfully done in his legal practice.

Our firm works to help the whole individual, tying together criminal law with mental health alternatives as well as the resources needed to address underlying mental health issues. Many criminal charges may occur due to the basic emotional or mental stress of instability. We work with the criminal and juvenile courts to provide clients in need who qualify with pre-arrest intervention, such as those involving crisis intervention teams, diversion programs, and probations that may include counseling, education, and rehabilitation instead of punishment. Our effort is to ensure the court understands the background and life stresses of our clients, especially our youth clients and their families.
